I traced my logo in illustrator and got the following image
I felt the bars were too far apart to make a defined C shape so I moved the bars closer together
Unfortunately it was at this stage that I realised that my Photoshop software was expired! So I transported my image to Paint.net to do a preliminary colouring of my logo to finalise in college tomorrow. This is what I'm hoping to make it look like.
Using my original colour pallette from my mood board, which were complimentary colours of red and green, I then went back to Adobe Color Wheel and used a monochromatic colour red palette for the sound level colours.
